1. Cover, and front trim are all black, as opposed to the fake wood grain trim on the domestic Stalker.

2. Look at the mode selector, you'll see one extra position - FM

3. PLL Chip is the easy to mod MB8719 Chip, not the MB8734

4. Line cord has the UK type plug (two round pins).

5. Model I inspected was made in Taiwan. I'll have to veryify where the domestice model came from, but it would make sense if they came out of the same factory.
